The new Chinese Ambassador to Tanzania Ms. Chen Mingjian arrived in Dar es Salaam today. She was warmly welcomed by the officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and East African Cooperation of Tanzania at the Julius Nyerere International Airport.
