Due to the fluctuation of exchange rates between Tanzanian Shilling and Chinese Renminbi yuan, and considering Tanzania has been charging Chinese applicants much higher rate for Tanzanian visa, the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in the United Republic of Tanzania decided to modify the Chinese Visa Fees with effect from 1^st November,2008. In this connection therefore, Visa Fees for Tanzanian citizens are as follows:

1. Single Entry Visa Tsh 54,000

2. Double Entry Visa Tsh 80,000

3. Multiple Visa(six months) Tsh 110,000

4. Multiple Visa(one year and above )Tsh 160,000
