Congratulation Message from H.E. Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete to H.E. Hu Jintao

On the occasion of the 62nd anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China on 1st October, 2011, H. E. Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete, President of the United Republic of Tanzania has sent his congratulation message to H.E. Hu Jintao, President of the People’s Republic of China.

The message reads as follows:

President of the People’s Republic of China,

China.

Your Excellency,

It is once again my pleasure and privilege to extend to Your Excellency and through you to the Government and the People of the People’s Republic of China my heartfelt congratulations on the auspicious occasion of celebrating your country’s National Day.

On this historic day I take this opportunity to reaffirm my government’s commitment and desire to continue working with you and your Government in further strengthening the existing ties of cordial and fraternal friendship and cooperation between our two countries and peoples.

Almost half a century since the establishment of diplomatic ties between China and Tanzania, the two countries and two peoples have always been supporting each other, treating each other as equals and constantly expanding pragmatic cooperation in political, economic, cultural fields as well as people to people exchanges, therefore attaining fruitful results.

Please accept, Your Excellency, my best wishes for your continued good health, progress and prosperity for the people of the People’s Republic of China.
